How do I join Flying Eagles OC Youth Running Club?

  1. Fill out the sign up form on the link provided

  2. Provide Payment and completed waiver by your first practice

Who can join the club?

Youth ages 10-14. The program is designed to fit each runner’s pace

What equipment is needed to participate?

  1. Professionally fitted running shoes by a running shoe store

  2. Athletic shirt and shorts, warm athletic clothing for cooler months

  3. A digital watch and water bottle

Are there tryouts to be able to join the club?

We do not have tryouts.

We expect athletes to be attentive and respectful of the coaching staff and their teammates.

Do parents stay for practice or drop-off/pick-up?

Either way works. Feel free to stay and enjoy the park’s trails

Should my athlete practice between regular workouts?

Yes, we encourage the athletes to practice the drills, strength work and running to improve their overall conditioning and continue good health habits everyday.

Our workout plan links one day to the next so it’s important to not miss practices and stay committed to each workout.
