Build endurance and mental toughness with runs on local trails, designed to improve stamina and race readiness.
speedwork days
Sharpen your speed and agility with interval training, sprints, and pacing drills to develop explosive power and race efficiency.
dynamic drills, mobility, and strength work
Enhance flexibility, prevent injuries, and build strength through targeted exercises that support optimal running performance.

Foster friendships and teamwork with engaging activities that make training enjoyable and create a strong, supportive running community.

mile time trial the final day
Test your endurance and skills on the final day by running a one mile time trial followed by a celebration party!
nutrition and HYDRATION
